Enhanced Dynamic Mopics - a step-by-step tutorial

Pre-requisites:

A Linux/Unix based hosting service with access to MySQL, phpmyadmin and File Manager.

(WAMP environment seems to cause issues for some).

Filezilla - FTP Program.

7zip or WinRAR - to extract files.

1) Install v2.0.3 (Create a my SQL database and user, ftp the archive file up and run the install). There's usually a mySQL Wizard to do this database setup.
