I decided to add this (although this was a tad over whelming and quite embarrassing when it occurred) so that others could learn from my error and not make the same mistake. The error I made was trying to install (on my own) the Mantis add on which seemed on the surface to be a relatively simple installation. The part that the documentation DID NOT include was the simple fact that this program will over write many of the files needed to run your website if you just transfer the files over to the corresponding files in your cpanel, thus causing the site to crash, and causing a very expensive problem potentially in the process. Luckily for me, I didn't lose too much since Strikehawk had recently backed up their servers and were able to restore much of my site at a very minimal cost. Many times this is not the case, and there are many owners who end up incurring a significant cost trying to rebuild their site from scratch. Moral of the story: bite the bullet and leave the programming to the programmers. Although the cost up front may seem significant at the onset, many times the cost of their labor pales in comparison to what the time and potential cost of a personal mistake may cost. I was also fortunate that my site really didn't have that much content which would have been lost. I don't know what I would have done if that had happened on a corporate site with a huge amount of content. The only two words that come to mind are Nervous Breakdown...
