Accepting CID with Credit Cards?

That depends.   Look for CVV support in your module.  Same concept, but the various card providers use different terminology.  May also be called CVC, CVV2, etc.

This should be there, and if not, searching on cvv and the other terms mentioned should return a module suitable for replacing the one you are working with now.

Thanks David.  I'm trying to include the CID in the credit card process.  I am new to OS Commerce,but when I go to the credit card under the payment module and hit edit it does not give me the option to include the CID?  Would I need to download a new module?

Can you be more specific about WHAT you want to change?

The card information itself is managed by a payment module.  Settings for this module can be changed in the cart admin (usually following the menu path admin -> Modules -> Payment , selecting the module in use, and clicking the "edit" button on the control panel which appears on the right side of the page). 

Many changes can be made there.

I would recommend that if you are considering removing the requirement for the CID that you refrain from doing so.
