If you’re a Mac head looking to set up Magento standalone on your Mac, whether it’s to explore and learn about Magento, to do a little development or present to clients, and have been looking for easy instructions, today’s your lucky day!  Mark Hopwood, Technical and Operations Director over at Magento Enterprise Partner Pod1 has put together this great tutorial on getting Magento up and running on Mac.  Mark’s instructions focus on Magento Enterprise Edition but are easily adaptable to Community Edition as well!
